docs: Rename some tables' column names in Lock View to reduce confusion #24904

What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary: As stated in the feedback about Lock View , some column names are still confusing. This PR is to patch the design doc again to rename the tables' columns.

What is changed and how it works?

What's Changed: Updated the design doc of lock view.
