ddl: Check create table options for local temporary table

What is changed and how it works?

Add tests for options when creating a: temporary table

• engine
• partition
• foreign key
• virtual column
• shard_row_id_bits

Test for region split already added in pr: #26901
Test for auto_random already added in pr: #24940
