What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: close #xxx

Problem Summary:

Recently， I find that some test cases always are timeout such as TestTiDBCostModelUpgradeFrom610To650 in the session. Many test cases in the session forget to close the recordset. this pr is to close them.
