What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: close #4816

Problem Summary: Enable PageStorage V3 by default in dtworkload tool and fix some related problems.

What is changed and how it works?

  1. Set enable_ps_v3's default value to true.
  2. Add table_id and table_name parameters to separate data of different table.
  3. Fix error closing log file.
