What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: close #7468, close #7455

Problem Summary:

What is changed and how it works?

  1. handle generated column before handling timezone/duration cast
  2. handle column type changed after duration type filter pushed down
  3. refine some code in StorageDisaggregated
