Using polyscribe with ranges-v3 causes in the creation of the binding map

I tried to use poly-scribe in conjunction with ranges-v3, and the binding map was not created (it had zero entries). This issue looks very similar to the ones encountered on the Linux builds, but it might be unrelated.

With #38 the polyscribe lib will be reworked to use the reflect C++ library, then this issue should be solved.
