To include diacritics because otherwise it looks very bad in search results.
this change applies to other pages as well...

Tak se mi to, koukám, úplně nepovedlo... statické stránky teď nesou v titulku název souboru, tedy např. "index.html" 🙅♂️ |

Vrátím tedy úpravu zpět, titulek Pirátská strana je lepší než "index.html". Uděláme druhý pokus, až budou nastavené potřebné věci. |

Jinak pro příště ... tuto věc lze ozkoušet lokálně, a až pak to dávat na hlavní web :-) |

Já to lokálně zkusili, ale jen na těch stránkách, které byly zatížené
chybou. Druhý můj merge request už se chová i na statických stránkách
korektně.
