Rename test repo to tljh-repo2docker-test-binder

This makes the name of the test repo more explicit:

• Rename in tests
• Rename the repo: https://github.com/plasmabio/test-binder

cc @pierrepo I don't seem to be able to do the rename of the repo (lacking the Settings tab):

So feel free to proceed with the rename. Maybe we can also update the "About" section to mention it's used for the tests.

Then you can re-run the CI checks in this PR (or close / open).
