Use the more succinct ES6-based function shorthand for functions declared in objects.
While this is generally better anyway, it does get around a problem in TypeDoc where namespaced functions don't show in the generated API reference (as of TypeDoc 0.25.4 - could be related to this: TypeStrong/typedoc#2436).
