- Fixes rotation speed differences between orthographic and perspective
- Fixes span line issue with supersplat

* Used screen space for calculating rotation * Changed span lines to use near and far clipping planes * Removed unused variable * set the world to screen coordinates to be calculated at gizmo position (on screen)
