a) tests are passing in the plip13787-main-template.cfg buildout (5.0 branch)
b) we need to merge into specific branches for packages that don't have a plone 5 branch yet, such as plone.app.contenttypes

Note that many of the pull requests here are for barceloneta (sometimes also called mockup220 or main_template-remove) branches. It might be easier to merge these into barceloneta branch before merging that into master.
