Historie: PlonePAS started as an optional addon and replacement for GRUF (GroupUserFolder). Also in former times it was for some unknown reason difficult to get changes into PluggableAuthService.
So PlonePAS patches a major bunch of PluggableAuthService.

The only sane way to get rid of the many patches is to make them part of PluggableAuthService. This includes the interfaces and test related to them.

Before that #4 must happen.

After that #11 should be finished.
Remaining parts must then be ported to Products.CMFPlone or other packages were it fits into.

After all that PlonePAS is superfluos
