Do we still need GRUF support?

PlonePAS support GRUF - for those not good in archeology: The ancient Group User Folder implementation we had before Plone 3 series (until 2.5).

My opinion: Get rid of the old code, its not used.

this is more complex than it seemed at a first look. these bbb methods from GRUF times are used actually at several places inside of the PAS patches. So this is a more complex cleanup session.
