Document pointNumbers vs pointNumber event data difference

Histograms can combine multiple sample points into individual bars. Hence, `pointNumber` (n.b. singular) isn't general enough to describe what one is hovering one. We instead emit `pointNumbers` (n.b. plural) as an array of sample point indices.
