Indicateurs du nombre de ticket reste à 0 #1575

Bonjour,

Le reporting du nombre de tickets reste bloqué à 0.
Sur la page de la vue du catalogue de service simplifiée, les 4 indicateurs (en haut à gauche) restent à 0.
Si je clic sur un des chiffres, j'arrive sur la page de recherche qui à 2 critères de recherche :
Le 1er correspond au critère de l'indicateur (en cours, en attente, etc...)
Le deuxième filtre sur le demandeur. Le champ est correctement renseigné mais ne retourne rien... SI je supprime cette deuxième ligne, j'ai des tickets qui s'affiche.

J'utilise la version 2.8.6 sous GLPI 9.4.4.

Dans les logs d'erreur SQL, j'ai ça :

Je ne me rappelle plus laquelle, mais une mise à jour a corrigé ce problème...

J'ai la dernière mise à jour pour GLPI et Form Creator.
Tu parles d'une mise à jour "manuelle" dans un fichier ?

Je constate avoir un écart avec le contenu de search.php par rapport à la 9.4.4 officielle. Dans mon souvenir, ce bug avait été résolu de façon indirecte par rapport au plugin FormCreator.
-> essayer de prendre ce fichier https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/blob/9.4/bugfixes/inc/search.class.php
(Faire une copie avant... :-/ )
