Minutes:

• 1.1.4 release candidate passing all tests. xrc complaining about conversion of pmix_status_t to ints, which needs to be cleaned up.
• Discussed univ size and max procs, the reason for conceiving two sizes as MPI uses both interchangeably. Ralph reiterated his original intent for having two sizes to differentiate the size of the entire allocation (univ size) vs the size of each individual application in that allocation (max procs). However we need a way for the RM to tell PMIx how it has divided the initial allocation among the apps and vice versa. In the context of malleable/evolving jobs ie flexible allocation, univ size may mean the max allocation of the job vs max procs means the actual number of process executing at a given time.
