Why
It was not clear in the docs how to scale Html with transform mode in order to have a "correct" size, as pointed in #545
Also, there was no mention about the blurriness problem cited in #859 that may happen in some browsers and devices, and how a different scaling can mitigate it

As suggested by @Macroz I added an explanation about the first point, then I also wrote something about the blurriness issue
