Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No issues

Describe the solution you'd like
Sometimes admins have to add many users at once. It would be handy to add team members silently.
Could you please consider implemented UnifiedGroupWelcomeMessageEnabled parameter addred to Set-PnPMicrosoft365Group

Describe alternatives you've considered
As of now it's possible to adjust Unified group settings with Set-UnifiedGroup cmdlet

I like the idea. Would you mind doing some digging to help us help you with this to see if there's a way through Microsoft Graph to accomplish this? We may not be able to communicate with the Exchange APIs.

Hi @YuriySamorodov , @KoenZomers ,

I've introduced a similar idea: #1428 but instead of the specific parameter I was thinking of the ResourceBehaviorOptions parameter.

@KoenZomers , it should be possible I guess because they're working on it in the M365-CLI: pnp/cli-microsoft365#3080 (comment)
