Running the command again seems to solve the issue. Some online sources suggest this might be a memory issue:

This is happening inconsistently both on main (68e91d3052a1ca86d7fde0f47b9b1bcc86fc1b53)
and v2.24.1

what about just running terraform destroy again if it fails 🤔
(that's what I do as a human, and it is somewhat consistent)
