This .system-action-icon style class and associated labels had inadequate styling. This corrects this issue. Fixes #47
Fix System Action Icons
Specifying an icon size seems to allow for the icons in the dash to occasionally overlap. This fixes this issue.
This makes it harder to tell which running dot (line) coresponds with which app, but it prevents the icons from overlapping the Show Apps button. Fixes #23
Adds support for building 3.30 Changes "slider" to "barlevel" where appropriate in 3.30. Fixes pop-os/pop#364
Changes the makefile to build and install 3.30 by default instead of 3.28
