DialPad Issue on Pop!_OS #100
Comments
A little bit more information. Attached is a screenshot of the launch process. Here is the link to the Chrome Web Store where this extension can be found: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dialpad-extension/mhoeffeimbfbmpccjcodjeeglinbpicp This works flawlessly on Ubuntu 16/17. No issues. |
@jackienash have you tried updating to the 18.04 version of Pop!_OS to run this? Curious if the newest release solves this issue for your team. |
No, I haven't. Truth be told, I changed to another OS. However, I can retry
it and let you know. Thoughts?

That's totally fine, I was just curious if the updates we made impacted your ability to use the software. We can test it here as well. Update: Testing with Pop_OS 18.04 appears to not open the application in Chrome browser. |

Issue/Bug Description
Our pbx software won't load. We use a product called DialPad. It runs great on Ubuntu and Chrome OS. It fails when we attempt to run it. It is also a Chrome browser app/extension that isn't working.
Steps to reproduce (if you know)
It fails over and over again.
Expected behavior
We should see our extension/softphone.
