Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release):
Pop!_OS 19.10

Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):
firefox, chromium-browser

Issue/Bug Description:
Notifications do not lead to the appropriate tab in a web browser.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

  1. Launch either firefox or chromium-browser (others may work as well but have not been tested).
  2. Open a window where a notification will be received.
  3. Open a second tab (and stay on this tab).
  4. Receive notification.
  5. Select notification.
  6. See that selecting notification does nothing (Notification does not close).

Expected behavior:
Selecting the notification should close the notification and switch tabs to the tab from where the notification arose.

Other Notes:
The expected functionality described works in 19.04.
