Configure webpack build to generate es5 module.

This project is amazing. However, it is annoying to rely on webpack to build it together with my application. This changes generate a ES 5 modules which can be imported in my project.

Until this is merged, I published a npm package on top of the fork. There's a disclaimer in the bottom of the README regarding the fork's version.

@andreyluiz Using this fork i can't seem to import the reducer, i'm getting the following error:

warning.js:14No reducer provided for key "growler"

module installed as expected and import is present as:

import { GrowlerReducer as growler } from 'react-redux-flash-notification';

I'm seeing the same issue as @tommyalvarez 🤔

@cmkshaw use the npm package toastr in the meantime. I found it excellent, it uses redux and is es6 compatible. Works out of the box with the react-starter-kit project
