new feature: support text in ternarys

Conditional text would be great. Like {=if(savingsrate > 0, "Great job!", "Keep trying"):exclamation}

I've looked into this before and expr-eval supports it just fine, I just currently coerce everything to a number. Not a huge lift, just needs some thought.
