Release notes

Sourced from async-timeout's releases.

5.0.0

Improved Documentation

  • On the CHANGES/README.rst <https://github.com/aio-libs/async-timeout/tree/master/CHANGES/README.rst>_ page, a link to the Towncrier philosophy has been fixed. ([#388](https://github.com/aio-libs/async-timeout/issues/388) <https://github.com/aio-libs/async-timeout/issues/388>_)

A newer version of async-timeout exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged.
