Support creating ties, hammerons, etc between notes in different syst…

- Adjusted several methods in voiceutils.h to always require the previous / next voice to be supplied.

- Slides are now drawn in the correct direction when the destination note is in the following system

- Refactored the BeamGroup class to only require a color for its drawStems() method, instead of when constructing the group. This simplifies LayoutInfo and other clients.

- Support hammerons / pulloffs to the following system when drawing the H/P symbols below the staff.

- Generate correct MIDI playback when sliding to a note in the next system.

- Allow creating a tie to a note in the previous system, and a hammeron/ pulloff to a note in the next system.
