Description
Half a Bug / Half an enhancement ...
I have a gp5 score I try to play on powertab.
All the instruments seems to play correctly excepted the drums.

I am on Linux / Fedora and I connect powertab to qsynth. I load a sf2 font and in this font, the drum is not mapped as expected by powertab I think.

It would be nice to be able to select a custom channel / custom program for each instrument.

At least, a custom channel so as I can load another sf2 font for the drum and connect the drum to it.

I use the version 2.0.21 of powertab on Fedora 41 installed via:

Yeah this is mostly an enhancement I think - there isn't any drum support currently so the midi mapping would likely be wrong. (Also related to other issues like #298)

With a channel setting, I thinks it's quite easy to redirect the drum midi to qsynth or drumgizmo :)
