Network area diagram metadata is serialized in JSON format

The draw methods in the com.powsybl.nad.NetworkAreaDiagram class that take as input a writer parameter, for the SVG, now take as input also a second writer parameter, for the JSON metadata.
Examples can be found in com.powsybl.nad.NetworkAreaDiagramTest test class.
