I179 contribuing section in readme

Sorry to bother you Dave, but I thought I'll kill two birds with one stone (how bellistic brrr).

I feel that we could release 1.2.5 there seems to be enough stuff here, seems some folks are kindly using workarounds for #168 in ex_doc

I'm in the UK atm, and away from my regular machine with the hex credentials. I've been trying to get a password reset, but hex.pm emails aren't reaching me. As a result, I currently can't publish. I have however tagged 1.2.5 on github. The only changes I made were to fix a couple of warnings, bump credo to 0.8, and comment out dialyzer (because we're clearly not using it) I can't remember: can you publish to hex? If so, please do. Otherwise I'll keep trying from here. Dave

No I cannot publish to hex, sorry.

Concerning dialyzer I made a bit a mess out of it, I am halfway through with typesepcing the whole, app, but it should not be in master, some folks have warnings, and workarounds and I am working on this issue: #171
I definitely should not have done the @specs in master, but we have an amazing and forgiving community... 👏

I hope I'll find the time to clean out the specs from master before you can release, than the 1.2.5 release would be even better ;).

You are not coming down to the South of France, are you?
