Port of Nate Robins - OpenGL - Tutors using shaders.

Requirements:

Windows

	Gcc, make (mingw), freeglut and glew.
	Change the location of include files for freeglut and glew accordingly in the makefile

Freebsd

	pkg install freeglut glew gmake

Linux

	libglew-dev, freeglut3-dev
	ex: apt-get install libglew-dev freeglut3-dev

Macos

Build:

	make
	./bin/fog , bin\fog.exe
