Change log description
Deprecates the script way of upgrading the bookkeeper operator from 0.1.1 or 0.1.2 to 0.1.3
Purpose of the change
Fixes #122
What the code does
Removes the tools folder and updates the upgrade instructions accordingly
How to verify it
Manual way of upgrading the operator from version 0.1.1 or 0.1.2 should not work. Only the helm upgrade should allow upgrades to operator version 0.1.3
