It appears we've been looking for UnifiedId userIds on the bidderRequest object, when they are found on bidRequests. This commit fixes that error, and adds support for IdentityLink.

* Add IdentityLink support and fix UnifiedId. It appears we've been looking for UnifiedId userIds on the bidderRequest object, when they are found on bidRequests.
