Description of change

• Updates adapter's supply chain support to match data structure expected on bidder back-end;
• Adds floor module support to the adapter. Implementation will check floor module availability and, if it fails, will default to adapter's params.bidfloor attribute;
• Adds identity module support to the adapter, based on bid request "userIdAsEids" attribute.
