As I mentioned in #61, sometimes I'd like to exclude some older targets from the list node-abi gives you when you do --all.

Are you using --all because you're not using Node-API? If so, I'm reluctant to approve this PR because we want to drop support of non-napi: #57 (comment)

Yes, I am not using Node-API and it's out of my control. I'm maintaining a tree-sitter grammar and the bindings they generate use nan.
