Update and re-iterate the missing parts of benchmarks.

After the last implementation of all the 15-16 benchmarks, we have some small issues like:

1. Some have discrepancies in the benchmark numbers. Example in AutoGPTQ fp32 > fp16
2. Some implementations are not updated. CTranslate2 now supports float32 but is not there on our side.
3. Listing down the reasons when something is not supported with possible references.

So, this needs to be done for all the benchmarks once again. Before releasing it.
