What does this PR do?
This PR adds a test which shows how to reproduce #1957
How does this PR change Premake's behavior?
This PR doesn't fix the issue, it only reproduce the error. Thus this PR will make the tests fail, and the fix for Issue 1957 need to be crafted before this test is merged with master.
Anything else we should know?
I'm running on Windows targeting Visual Studio. But the issue seems to be a general one.
