Two way binding for TabView activeIndex

Current behavior
activeIndex isn't emitted from the p-tabView component when it changes. To get around this, I've added this code to my component:

tabChange(e: any) {
    this.activeIndex = e.index;
}

Expected behavior
If you use the "banana-in-a-box" notation, e.g, <p-tabView [(activeIndex)]="index">, it seems like index should be updated when activeIndex changes. (This is currently the behavior of the p-steps component.)
