Scroll down -> click textarea -> scroll down again -> click off of textarea.

Leaving or entering autoresize textarea will reset scroll position when the autoresize is very large. This makes it very annoying to use autoresize with large text.

Chrome - 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit) - Reproduced.
FF - 65.0.2 - Reproduced.
Edge - Reproduced.
