p-menubar without AutoDisplay not opening adjacent menu items

Current behavior
Adjacent menu items sometimes do not open after opening a menuitem from a menu without AutoDisplay.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions
Go to https://www.primefaces.org/primeng/#/menubar,

1. Using the 'Without AutoDisplay' menu, click on 'File'.
2. Click on text above the menu "Without AutoDisplay" which will close the menu.
3. Click on 'File' again to open the menu.
4. Slide mouse to the right to open the 'Edit' menu, notice that the Edit menu does not open.

Reproduced using Chrome v.73.*
