Removing no-unsupported-browser-features and replacing with browser-compat #500

The problem is our caniuse db is out of date and it's saying we can't use features that we can. I found that the plugin we're using isn't making updates anymore RJWadley/stylelint-no-unsupported-browser-features#299

So I found another plugin that does the same thing. This rule will remain a warning. https://github.com/3846masa/stylelint-browser-compat
