Refactors testing suite to use helpers
Refactors HyperSwapLibrary to "Price.sol"
Splits Single Hyper test file "Hyper.t.sol" into function solidity files of tests for functions.
Adds generalized scenarios and post invariant checking helper
Updates bug in fund/draw not updating internally tracked reserves appropriately.
