This is an Application for searching the ICT tools and technology in Android named it as Android Query Builder (An app to solve the queries).It is basically a Data Dictionary of ICT tools. It contains Almost every information of ICT tools .This system is useful for the person who may have knowledge about ICT or may be a person who is completely unaware of ICT tools. So to tackle this the system uses a Full Text search for the person who knows about ICT and an advance search or conditional search is useful for the person who is unaware about the tools or to explore some more tools.
