Rules For working on an issue.

1. Fork and clone the repo.
2. Comment on the issue you want to work and start working on it and make Pull request.
3. Don't make unnecessary PR's.
4. Upload clean and to-point work.
5. All pull requests will be accepted with hacktober tags.
6. This is a beginner friendly repository.
7. Add files in proper folders only.
8. You can also create folders if needed.
9. Directly uploaded files will not be accepted, fork Clone and push.
