Adding a reference to p5.js contribution guide

I was planning to create a PR in this repo, then I wanted to check the contribution guide first so I can comply with what is best for the community.

This repository has its contribution guide in its readme, but also p5.js repo has an extensive guide that covers p5.js-website too.

I was wondering if it's possible to use a more structured approach and add a visible reference to p5 repo's docs in the website repo? Like adding a CONTRIBUTING.md file as GitHub recommends that includes a link to the existing docs.
