First Release, now with support for The Secret World

This first release focuses on the right dependencies and the right architecture to ensure a stable future.

With nxlog, each supported game can be configured/deconfigured independently, and can be handled in whatever manner is appropriate for that particular game.

For The Secret World, that means using CouchDB and ElasticSearch rather than SQL for the output; this ensures that every detail can be caught for years without worrying about scalability of the underlying database.

Note that this is a pre-1.0 release. I make no guarantees that the architecture, dependencies, or features won't change massively. And that's in addition to the always-hidden potential bugs.

There are no binaries or installers for this release. Please see the installation instructions in the README.
