onwards, the library is published only for Scala3.x
and2.13.x

use the latest<= 5.3.x
versions. - Previous artifacts

were published using thecom.github.gvolpe
group id (see migration guide)

Start a RabbitMQ
instance using docker compose
(recommended):
> docker compose up
> sbt +test
