What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR adds toleration support for the agent, controller, and webhook configurations in the Helm chart. Tolerations allow these components to be scheduled on tainted nodes, providing greater flexibility for deployments, especially in environments with dedicated or restricted node pools.

By introducing this change, users can ensure that the workloads are placed on the appropriate nodes based on their cluster setup, improving resource utilization and cluster management.
