Problem

OnReportBegin/OnReportEnd only happen for attribute reports, but the Darwin framework would really like them to be happening for reports in general, including event-only ones. As a result, we miss some event reports.

Proposed Solution

Either change ReadClient accordingly, or change what the Darwin framework is doing.
