Added our new, "zephyr-large-runner" runner and creating a build test.
Updated build to use new, zephyr-xlarge-runner.
Added docker prune step to the workflow to ensure old containers don't hang around.
Moved docker purge to runner
Added no caching to docker as error still occurs
Adding flag to pull entire container, always to fix caching issue
Modified flag format
testing remove caching step
Added manual cleanup step to wipe dotfiles
Modified workspace cleanup command and added error checking
