Here are the ways to see the graphical interface of PeppyMeter:

HDMI monitor and graphical desktop running on Raspberry Pi.
LCD connected to the Raspberry Pi's GPIO connector (e.g. through SPI interface).
VNC server running on Raspberry Pi and client running on another machine (e.g. Windows desktop).

The following screenshot shows PeppyMeter graphical interface displayed in VNC client:
